Sindhu and Srikanth win at Korean Open

At the BWF Super500 Korean Open Indians had a near perfect day. On day two of the competition Indians were involved in six matches. Barring an expected loss P Kudravalli all others moved into the next round

Day started with young and rising pair of MR Arjun and Dhruv Kapila getting a walkover against the local pair of Kim and Park, they will face the second seed Ahsan and Setiawan in pre-quarterfinals tomorrow

Satwik and Chirag win against the local pair of Shin and Chan comfortably 21-16,21-15. They will be up against Kai and Hean from Singapore in a bid to make it to Quarterfinals

Sindhu and Srikanth also had very straight forward victories over their opponents and advanced to the pre-quarterfinals stage. Sindhu defeated Lam from USA 21-15,21-14 and Srikanth defeated Daren from Malaysia 22-20,21-11

Kidambi Srikanth plays Zilberman from Israel while Sindhu plays Photo from Japan

In the mixed doubles Sumeeth and Ashwini defeated Kwek and Jin from Singapore 21-19,21-18. They will face Yi and Qiong from China in a bid to make it to Quarterfinals

Overall India currently has two participants in Men Singles, Women Singles, Men Doubles while Mixed doubles and women double have one pair each
