At 2025 Pink ladies cup Indian women national football team will participate in the pink ladies cup from February 19-27, 2025 in Dubai,UAE .
The 2025 Pink Ladies Cup will be the second edition of the Pink Ladies Cup, an annual women’s football tournament held for the women’s national association football teams.
Russia are the defending champions who got better of Haiti in the final.
There are Six teams that are going to participate in the tournament.
Tournament will feature a mix of established and emerging football nations, teams like Russia and South Korea and are expected to be strong contenders while other will be eager to prove their potential at international stage.
Along with Russia (27th) and South Korea(20th), other 4 teams to participate are Uzbekistan(51st), Thailand(45th) , India(69th) and Jordon(74th).
Indian women football team has chosen Crispin Chettri to head as new coach of the team.
In the last game vs Maldives, Indian team won the game with 11-1 and helped the team to start the new year in the right way. Crispin Chettri earlier was head coach of Sethu fC.
His key achievement includes odisha Fc winning first Indian women’s league title in the 2023-2024 season.
He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the role of head coach.
This tournament will also serve as a preparation for upcoming Asian cup qualifiers 2025.Indian team with Mix of Experienced players and new ones.
