At INDIASPORTSHUB, we aim to provide our users with the best possible experience through our subscription services, which include access to live scores, sports updates, and premium content on our app (ISH – INDIASPORTSHUB). This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted for our subscription plans.

  1. Subscription Plans

INDIASPORTSHUB offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly/Annual Subscription Plan: A recurring subscription for access to live scores, sports updates, and premium content.

If and when offered, users may choose either of these subscription plans to enhance their experience with exclusive content and real-time sports updates on the app.

  1. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refund Window

  • Users are eligible for a refund if they request it within 7 days from the date of subscription purchase or renewal.
  • After 7 days, INDIASPORTSHUB does not offer any refunds, whether for monthly or annual subscription plans.

2.2. Prorated Refunds

  • No prorated refunds are provided for the time period between the subscription start date and the request for a refund.
  • If the refund is requested within the eligible 7-day window, the full amount of the subscription fee will be refunded.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must:

  • Contact us via the Contact Us page https://indiasportshub.com/contact/ with the following details:
    • Name
    • Email ID
    • Date of subscription
    • Subscription plan (monthly or annual)
    • Reason for refund request

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved (if submitted within the 7-day refund window), we will process the refund and notify you via email. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

After the 7-day refund window has passed, users are not eligible for any refunds, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Partial use: Even if users have not fully utilized their subscription (e.g., not accessing live scores or sports updates), no refund will be provided after 7 days.
  • Technical issues: Users are encouraged to report any technical problems immediately, but technical issues experienced outside of the refund window do not qualify for refunds.
  • Automatic renewals: If the user’s subscription renews automatically and they fail to cancel before the renewal date, they will not be eligible for a refund unless requested within 7 days of the renewal.
  1. Subscription Cancellation

Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund after the 7-day refund window. Upon cancellation:

  • Users will still have access to subscription benefits until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • Subscription cancellation will prevent any future charges but will not refund past payments.

To cancel a subscription, users can visit their account settings on the ISH app or the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) where the subscription was purchased.

INDIASPORTSHUB reserves the right to modify or update this Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the INDIASPORTSHUB website and app. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
