Defending champions Goa take on Ahmedabad; Delhi and Jaipur face off in high-stakes opener as UTT season 6 returns with a star-studded season
IndianOil Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) is back for its sixth edition, and it promises to be bigger, bolder, and faster than ever. The high-octane franchise-based league will kick off on May 31 at the EKA Arena in Ahmedabad, featuring a double-header that sets the tone for a month of elite table tennis action.
The opening tie will see Dabang Delhi TTC, champions of Season 2, clash with Jaipur Patriots, led by Commonwealth Games gold medallist Sreeja Akula, at 5:00 PM.
In the marquee evening encounter, defending champions Dempo Goa Challengers begin their title defence against home team Ahmedabad SG Pipers at 7:30 PM.

Across 23 ties and 17 days, eight franchises will vie for supremacy, culminating in the Grand Finale on June 15.

Season 6 will showcase a mix of Olympic veterans, world youth champions, and Indian prodigies.

Stature and Reach: A Global Table Tennis Showcase
Promoted by Vita Dani and Niraj Bajaj, and organized under the banner of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI), IndianOil UTT has emerged as one of the premier leagues in world table tennis. The league drew 20 million TV viewers in 2024—a 30% increase over the previous season—solidifying its status as a must-watch sporting event in India.
Live broadcasts will be available on Star Sports Khel and Star Sports Tamil, with JioCinema hosting the live stream. Last season’s top viewership draw was the derby between U Mumba TT and Ahmedabad SG Pipers, which pulled in 1.83 million TV viewers.
