Here are the Indian Records in the Field events. Want to look at the Track Record

Long jump

Men | Murali Sreeshankar holds the record in the event with a jump of 8.36m, that he achieved at the Fed Cup 2022.

Women | Great Anju Bobby George holds the record with a jump of 6.83m, achieved at the Olympics in 2004.

Triple jump

Men | Renjith Maheswary holds the record with a jump of 17.30m, achieved at the 3rd IGP in Bangalore in 2016.

Women | Aishwarya B holds the record with a jump of 14.14m. She achieved the mark at the 2022 National InterState.

High jump

Men | Tejaswin Shankar holds the national record with a jump of 2.29m at the Texas in April 2018.

Women | Sahana Kumari holds the record  with a jump of 1.92m at the 2012 National Inter-State Championships in Hyderabad.

Pole vault

Men | Subramani Siva holds the national record in pole vault with a vault of 5.30m at the 68th Inter-Services Championships in Bangalore, 2018.

Women |  V.S Surekha holds the record with a vault of 4.15m, she achieved at the 2014 in New Delhi.

Shot put

Men | Tajinder Pal Singh Toor threw 21.49m at the IGP IV in Patiala in 2021 to set a new national record. This is also the Asian Record.

Women |  Manpreet Kaur holds the record with a throw of 18.06m, achieved in 2022 at the National InterState in Chennai

Discus throw

Men | Vikas Gowda holds the record in discus with a throw of 66.28m at the Old Style Discus Challenge in the USA in 2012.

Women | Kamalpreet Kaur holds the record  with a throw of 66.59m at the 2021 Indian GP4 in Patiala.

Hammer throw

Men | Neeraj Kumar holds the record with a throw of 70.73m at Hydrabad in 2016.

Women | Sarita Singh holds the record with a throw of 65.25m at the 2017 Fed Cup National Championships in Patiala.

Javelin throw

Men | Neeraj Chopra the only athlete from India to win a Track & Field medal at olympics had set a national record in the javelin with a throw of 89.30m at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Turku.
