Indiasportshub is looking for a driven and creative Video Editor ready to prove themselves. We’re not offering big paychecks right now, we’re offering the opportunity to define the look of Indian digital sports media.

The Mission (What you’ll be doing):
- High-Impact Editing: Produce short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form features (explainers, athlete interviews and podcasts).
- Fast Turnaround: Edit quickly and cleanly to capitalize on breaking sports news and events.
- Style Setter: Help establish the dynamic, engaging visual style of our brand across all platforms.
The Commitment:

| Probation | 6 Months | ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month + 1% of any Brand Collaboration Sales on your content | Consistent full-time performance. High-speed, high-quality output. |
| Permanent Role | Ongoing | ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + 1% of any Brand Collaboration Sales on your content | Excellence, innovation, and leadership potential. |
Location: REMOTE
The Reality Check (MANDATORY Requirements):
- FULL-TIME Commitment ONLY. We cannot entertain students or part-timers.
- Your Own Gear: You must have your own reliable, high-speed working laptop/computer, necessary softwares and a stable broadband internet connection. We are unable to provide hardware or software licenses at this stage.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar industry-standard editing software.
- Age: 18-28. We are looking for young, hungry builders.
- Attitude: Unwavering passion and a ‘startup hustle’ mentality.
