India no1 Sumit Nagal, who endured a tough loss last week in the first match of season came back from a set down to win his match.
Playing against Alexander Klintcharov from NZL in Auckland, Nagal initially showed nerves.
After losing his first serve he ended up losing his third one as well which ended the first set in Kiwis favour.
In the second set Nagal came back strongly and was inches away from closing the set 6-2 but Alexander held his serve. Nagal finally secured the set 6-3 and took the match to third and deciding set.
The third set was one way with Sumit who is ranked WR98 just ran through the set and was leading 5-1 when he started serving for the match against Klintcharov who has a world rank of 792.
