1.Designing Data Visualizations: Creating graphics that transform sports data into engaging visuals, including infographics, charts, graphs, and other data-driven elements that make stats easy to digest for fans and professionals.
2.Developing Brand-Aligned Graphics: Producing consistent and on-brand visuals for social media, websites, newsletters, and reports, ensuring all designs align with the company’s visual identity and appeal to the target audience.
3.Creating Game-Day and Event Content: Designing game-day graphics, player highlights, score updates, team lineups, and post-game summaries for social media and digital platforms.
4.Collaborating with Data Analysts: Working closely with data analysts and sports statisticians to understand key metrics and translate them into engaging visual content that accurately represents the data.
5.Social Media Content Creation: Developing eye-catching social media assets that highlight trending sports stories, statistics, and insights, tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
6.Animating Sports Data: Utilizing motion graphics software to create animated content for player highlights, game recaps, or stat comparisons, adding a dynamic element to data visuals where needed.
7.Assisting in Content Strategy: Collaborating with content and marketing teams to brainstorm graphic ideas, contribute to content planning, and ensure designs align with the entity’s content strategy and brand goals.

Qualifications
•Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or others) is beneficial.
•Sports Knowledge: Understanding of various sports, players, leagues, and statistics, with an ability to translate this into effective design work.
